How should our treats be stored? What is the shelf life?

All of our treats are dehydrated so will have a crunchy texture. Most can be stored in an airtight container on the counter top for up to 1 month. In an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 months. Or they can be stored in an airtight container and frozen for up to 4 months. Any treats with described with a dense center should be stored in the refrigerator or freezer to extend shelf life.

Are there really no added preservatives?

That's correct. Though the ingredients we use may contain preservatives on their own we add nothing else to our recipes. 

What is meant by "all natural"?  

Our main ingredients are all natural, aside from needed elements such as baking powder.
